Warranty Information on Parts and Service:
Gigabytes offers a general 30 day warranty* on parts and labor. After 30 days, manufacturer warranties apply (labor extra). We are not responsible for damage caused by customer misuse, or improper handling. If a product is found to have been intentionally damaged through misuse, improper handling, there is no warranty, and the customer is responsible for full replacement costs plus labor charges. Our business specializes in hardware and networking repairs. We are not responsible for software related issues. Damages caused by acts of Nature are not covered by any warranties. All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by our RMA department. Please contact our business office if you have any problems within our warranty period on any products. Software purchases are final sale.
*Under special conditions product warranties may vary on certain products. Clearance products are sold "AS IS" and may not be exchanged or returned.
AVG software products are manufactured and supported by AVG Technologies, Inc. (formerly Grisoft). Please contact AVG directly for technical support questions pertaining to their software products. Gigabytes Computer Sales and Service, LLC is a reseller for AVG products.
